About This Role
- Own day-to-day safety and security operations for multiple office sites in India, including vendor and contract personnel management.
- Operate and manage physical security systems such as access control, visitor management, CCTV, alarms, and incident response in a 24x7 shift-based model with rotating shifts.
- Act as local decision maker during security incidents, coordinate emergency preparedness activities, and maintain strong on-site presence through travel to offices.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience in corporate safety, security operations, or related multi-site/regional environments.
- Experience in shift-based security operations including incident response, patrols, access control, and shift handovers.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required for 24x7 coverage.
- Location: Hyderabad, India (on-site role with some travel).

- Comfortable making independent, sound decisions in time-sensitive, real-world safety and security situations.
- Experienced with cross-functional collaboration and clear communication among Workplace, HR, Real Estate, and operations teams without blurring ownership.
- Execution-oriented with a bias toward action and accountability, and adept at using basic data, metrics, and emerging tools including AI to improve operational effectiveness.
