About This Role
- Develop and deliver moderately complex software features for Back-end or Front-end domains with a focus on quality and scalability.
- Debug and resolve software issues across development, testing, and production; serve as initial on-call responder for team-managed software.
- Manage team meetings and change proposal processes, mentor junior engineers, participate in hiring, and drive process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Expertise in Java programming using modern language features and frameworks.
- At least 5 years of experience working within distributed architectures and Software Development Lifecycle.
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks (Angular), JavaScript, object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, and SQL.
- Familiarity with API integration, database management, application monitoring, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and secure coding practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both backend and frontend software development within distributed systems and microservices contexts.
- Capable of taking ownership of feature delivery from design through production and handling on-call responsibilities.
- Able to lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and participate in hiring and process improvement activities.
