About This Role
- Own and scale the hill climbing product roadmap across priority AI Specialists to improve AI quality evaluation processes.
- Manage the customer instance program to expand testing of AI Specialists in real customer environments across business units and product teams.
- Reduce the feedback loop time from shipped changes to actionable quality verdicts from weeks to days and ensure prioritized fixes are implemented with product teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 9 or more years of work experience including product management on AI or ML products in production.
- Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including use of AI-powered tools or automation.
- Proven track record of owning a product roadmap and scaling a product from one team to many.
- Experience with agentic AI, enterprise workflow software, or the ServiceNow platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing fast improvement cycles on ML/LLM systems including experiments, error analysis, and delivering prioritized fixes.
- Able to transform expert-supported processes into scalable tools or methods used independently by other teams.
- Skilled in aligning product, engineering, and business teams around a unified plan and driving it forward efficiently.
