About This Role
- Own end-to-end accounting and core finance workflows for Findem’s India entity including accounts payable, payroll, month-end close, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, export regulations).
- Coordinate with external partners (payroll, GST, audit, tax, banking) to ensure timely and accurate financial filings and data submissions.
- Maintain accurate books in NetSuite, prepare month-end reconciliations, reports and support audit, tax and transfer pricing processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a startup, SaaS or multinational India entity.
- Educational qualification: B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Indian statutory compliance, month-end close, bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing full accounting cycle in India entity within a fast-paced environment such as startup or SaaS company.
- Comfortable interacting and coordinating with external finance partners including auditors, tax consultants, payroll and banking vendors.
- Operates with strong process discipline and attention to accuracy and deadlines, supported by finance leadership review.
