About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderately complex software engineering initiatives within the technical domain, including design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment.
- Participate in large scale strategic planning and lead projects, providing guidance and escalation support to less experienced staff.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges, focusing on client needs and compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of experience with .Net Core, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and API development.
- Solid experience with Agentic AI.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years as explicitly stated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in .Net Core, SSIS, ASP.NET Core MVC, Python, SQL Server, containerization (Docker), React/Angular, GCP, LLMs, and Agentic AI tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) and ability to conduct code reviews focusing on testability and code coverage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Data Engineers to optimize AI/ML data pipelines and perform complex statistical/machine learning tasks using emerging technologies like Python, Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., ADK), and GCP Vertex AI.
