About This Role
- Lead and develop a Data Science team to build and scale advanced predictive, statistical, and machine learning models driving measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into data science use cases and deliver clearly communicated, actionable insights for decision-making.
- Establish model governance standards ensuring responsible, explainable analytics compliant with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience delivering analytics or machine learning solutions impacting business outcomes.
- Prior experience as a People Leader managing Data Science teams.
- Advanced proficiency in data science programming (e.g., R, Python) and experience with large datasets and modern data platforms (cloud, distributed systems).
