About This Role
- Lead workplace strategy and change management programs, driving sales and delivery of projects for clients.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite interviews and staff workshops, to gather business needs and produce impactful reports and presentations.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide clients on workplace design, policies, and behavioral transformations; coach junior consultants during onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum qualification in Architecture, Business, Interior Design, Finance and Economics, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; MBA and WELL certification are advantageous.
- Experience in workplace-related roles such as design, change and transformation, communications, or user experience is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and engage at C-suite level.
- Location requirement: On-site in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

- Experienced in collaborating across multiple disciplines including project management, interior design, and sustainability.
