About This Role
- Lead the HR Business Partnering team in India and drive global people and organization strategies for Adobe Document Cloud business.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior Product, Engineering, and AI leaders to translate technology and AI priorities into workforce, talent, and organizational strategies.
- Lead organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning using data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools in a complex global matrix environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of progressive HR or HR business partnering leadership experience, including substantial experience with Product, Engineering, Technology, R&D, AI or Research sectors.
- Minimum 2 years at Senior Director level or equivalent enterprise leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design, transformation, workforce planning and talent strategy in a global, technology-driven context.
- Deep understanding of software engineering, product management, AI and modern technology organization environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader comfortable influencing senior technical executives and working across a complex global matrix.
- Strong business and technology acumen with ability to discuss product roadmaps, AI adoption, engineering teams and delivery models.
- Proven track record building and managing high-performing HR business partner teams supporting AI and research-driven technology organizations.
