About This Role
- Manage and ensure stable, reliable operations of UiPath bots and AI/ML-driven automations supporting finance, billing, and operational workflows.
- Provide day-to-day production support including monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and deployment of fixes and enhancements.
- Support critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business closing periods to prevent automation disruptions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with UiPath development and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and both unattended and attended bot architectures.
- Proven skills in production incident management, troubleshooting integration and API-related automation failures.
- Location: India (offshore role).

- Experienced in RPA production support focused on operational stability and performance optimization.
- Capable of handling critical period support, coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Familiarity with reporting on automation performance metrics and maintaining operational documentation.
