About This Role
- Design, script, configure, and execute performance tests validating software and infrastructure stability and performance.
- Collaborate with Development and Architecture teams to identify and troubleshoot performance issues using tools like AppDynamics and Fiddler.
- Lead creation of performance testing artifacts including strategies, test plans, and KPI reports while mentoring on performance engineering and automation frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM-related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Performance Test Engineer.
- Proficient with performance testing tools including JMeter, AppDynamics, and WebLOAD.
- Experience with API Testing, Database performance, and CI/CD pipeline integration.

- Deep expertise in profiling end-to-end application performance and identifying bottlenecks.
- Experience working effectively in Agile/Scrum environments with strong performance engineering focus.
- Ability to produce comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
