About This Role
- Lead and coordinate software release readiness reviews ensuring risk assessment and approval compliance.
- Co-lead the Change Advisory Board driving consistent risk-based change governance and decision-making.
- Drive improvements in release processes, partnering with engineering and AI teams to automate and enhance delivery efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 9–12 years of experience in software release management, software engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and software deployment workflows.
- Experience managing complex software releases across multiple product teams and familiarity with Change Advisory Boards (CAB) processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating releases in fast-paced, regulated software environments, preferably fintech or digital banking.
- Capable of stakeholder management and facilitation, driving alignment between engineering, product, support, and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data, challenge existing processes, and implement measurable improvements in software delivery reliability.
