About This Role
- Lead technical vision and architecture for multiple enterprise platforms and services focusing on CRM ecosystems and integration platforms on AWS.
- Drive design and delivery of scalable, secure, highly available distributed systems including microservices, APIs, Salesforce CRM solutions, and orchestration platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, oversee major platform modernization initiatives, and mentor engineering leadership across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years of software development experience covering full product lifecycle and enterprise application architecture.
- Deep expertise in CRM ecosystems, enterprise integrations (REST APIs, middleware, asynchronous messaging), and hands-on AWS cloud services experience.
- Proven leadership in driving technical strategy and business outcomes with the ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
- Experience with platform capabilities such as SDKs/APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and building cloud-integrated desktop plugins/extensions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on senior technologist skilled in cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, and enterprise integrations especially with Salesforce and CRM.
- Experienced in leading cross-organization architectural decisions and managing large scale cloud modernization or transformation initiatives.
- Strong strategic executor capable of balancing long-term technical vision with operational delivery, and mentoring senior engineering roles to establish best practices.
