About This Role
- Lead delivery and extension of the Snowflake Platform by coordinating engineering teams and stakeholders to meet time and budget goals.
- Track delivery progress, identify bottlenecks, manage cross-team dependencies, and maintain risk and impediment registers to ensure transparency and escalation.
- Coach teams on effective collaboration, enforce compliance with corporate delivery standards, and drive process improvements to increase delivery maturity.
Minimum Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in platform and data engineering organizations using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- More than 3 years of experience as a project manager and over 3 years as an application manager or product owner responsible for a data integration application.
- Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence for more than 3 years.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly welcome; experience in DB IT landscape and processes is a plus.

- Experienced in managing complex data platform delivery projects with cross-team collaboration and dependency management.
- Skilled in Agile project management with practical knowledge of data integration and platform engineering environments.
- Capable of leveraging AI tools responsibly to optimize workflows and enhance productivity in project management contexts.
