About This Role
- Lead development of scalable web applications across frontend and backend using React.js, Node.js, and modern frameworks.
- Architect solutions ensuring best practices in coding, testing, security, and performance optimization.
- Oversee team and collaborate in Agile environment contributing to architectural decisions and maintaining high coding standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js, including RESTful API and GraphQL design and implementation.
- B.Tech degree/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in frontend (React.js, Redux, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js) technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer with strong leadership capabilities to manage development teams and architectural challenges.
- Proficient in implementing secure, scalable web applications with emphasis on performance optimization and best practices.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams on technical and product decisions.
