About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of high-quality, secure, scalable native iOS applications leveraging Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and iOS SDKs.
- Integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities into mobile apps, building AI-powered conversational, recommendation, and workflow experiences with LLMs and AI agents.
- Drive AI-native engineering practices to improve mobile software development lifecycle, developer productivity, and mobile platform standards including testing, security, and observability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or 7+ years relevant IT experience if no degree.
- Strong hands-on native iOS development experience with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Xcode, and Apple iOS SDKs.
- Proven experience integrating Generative AI/LLM capabilities and using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with mobile app architecture patterns, REST/GraphQL backend integration, and mobile security and testing standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior technical individual contributor comfortable leading complex iOS mobile architecture, feature delivery, and platform capability development.
- Fluent in combining native iOS engineering with AI-native approaches, including generative AI integration and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams including backend, Android, QA, and platform teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
