About This Role
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation and platform adoption for customer projects, focusing on web portal and custom course development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX, marketing, product, and engineering teams to meet project goals and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Advocate for customers by communicating product enhancement needs to Product Management and Engineering teams and monitor adoption to align solutions with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Web Design/Development, Engineering Management, or IT/Systems.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering, design, or technical consulting with implementation experience, ideally on a SaaS platform or in a creative agency.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, experience with wireframing tools like Figma, CMS (e.g., Acquia), learning authoring tools (e.g., Gomo), Salesforce, and optionally Jira, SSO, and domain management.
- Ability to work directly with customers, effective communication skills, and experience managing customer relationships and expectations.

- Experienced in end-to-end SaaS or technology solution implementations, balancing technical skills with client-facing consulting abilities.
- Comfortable collaborating across diverse corporate functions including professional services, support, product management, marketing, sales, and engineering.
- Skilled in applying technical knowledge in front-end development and design with awareness of instructional design and accessibility standards to enhance customer solutions.
