About This Role
- Own the end-to-end implementation of the OneTrust Privacy and Data Governance platform for customers, ensuring functional adoption and successful delivery with minimal escalation.
- Serve as the primary customer contact to build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and customer advocate throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent customer feedback and influence the platform roadmap, while mentoring junior colleagues on system and regulatory best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting with expertise in architecting and rolling out new technology solutions.
- Effective customer-facing communication skills with proven success working directly with customers.
- Willingness to travel 10-20% as required.

- Experience working across multiple corporate functions such as Professional Services and Product Management, indicating ability to navigate complex organizational environments.
- Strong entrepreneurial skills to excel in a fast-evolving technology environment focused on privacy, security, and governance.
- Practical knowledge of troubleshooting software and web services, and a solid understanding of the privacy regulatory environment.
