About This Role
- Lead technical demonstrations, RFP responses, and customer engagements to support new business opportunities.
- Design and architect solution proposals aligned with customer requirements and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to define technical requirements and provide solution advisories, including support through Proof-of-Concept projects and customer training.
Minimum Requirements
- Advanced degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry required.
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably with pre-sales software demonstrations.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites.
- Technical skills including knowledge of antibody drug development, molecular biology, SaaS architecture, SQL, Python, and experience with Dotmatics applications (e.g., SnapGene, Geneious Prime).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in pre-sales and customer-facing roles within scientific software or informatics domains, especially related to pharma or biopharma.
- Capable of independently leading technical solution design, demos, and collaborations with diverse stakeholders including customers, sales, and product teams.
- Familiar with applying scientific knowledge to create SaaS-based data-driven workflows and prototypes that address customer needs.
