About This Role
- Lead full stack development focusing on high-quality code for frontend and backend, using Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership, including architecture decisions, performance improvement, and technical innovation.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure application quality, scalability, timely delivery, and strategic alignment with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in scalable application design and platform development.
- Proficiency in Java and Python, with experience in big data technologies like Spark and Kafka.
- Experience in microservices, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud-native technologies (GCP/Azure), and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 4 years software engineering experience, or 6 years software engineering experience without degree.

- Experienced in platform/team-based development environments, building shared tools and frameworks for developers.
- Strong in system design, architecture, and implementing high-scale e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
