About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and implementation of cloud-native, Java-based microservices and platform services.
- Drive technical leadership and engineering standards across teams including code quality, performance, security, and DevOps practices on AWS.
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities such as Generative AI and intelligent automation into enterprise applications and workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Strong expertise with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API, AWS Cloud Services, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Must work onsite full-time; visa sponsorship not available.

- Experienced technical leader comfortable driving architecture decisions and mentoring engineering teams in enterprise cloud-native environments.
- Proficient in integrating AI technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI-driven engineering tools to deliver business value.
- Familiar with modern software design patterns such as Domain-Driven Design and event-driven architectures, with a focus on digital transformation and modernization.
