About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot in an agile environment.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices, participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–9+ years of professional software development experience, primarily in Java-based systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful web services, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Onsite work required five days a week; relocation available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in scalable backend system design and hands-on with cloud-native development using AWS and containerization (Docker).
- Proficient in automated testing (TDD/BDD), CI/CD pipeline contributions, and code quality practices.
- Capable of collaborating within distributed agile scrum teams and mentoring junior software engineers.
