About This Role
- Design, develop, and customize scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Project Operations, and Field Service modules.
- Lead integration engineering efforts between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems using Azure services, APIs, and Dual Write.
- Manage DevOps including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment across environments to ensure release readiness and performance optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10+ years ERP/CRM technical development experience with 5+ years specifically in Dynamics 365 CE.
- Experience in at least 4 full-cycle Dynamics 365 CE implementations focusing on Sales and/or Field Service.
- Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
- Work Experience Required: 8–10+ years ERP/CRM with 5+ years Dynamics 365 CE development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Advanced expertise in custom plug-in development in C# for complex business logic within Sales and Field Service.
- Proven track record in optimizing Dynamics 365 CE solutions for mobile/offline scenarios and upgrade-safe customizations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and delivering reusable frameworks, automated testing, and monitoring for Dynamics 365 CE environments.
