About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows to process and store large volumes of data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate data from multiple sources and optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Implement data quality checks, govern data security compliance, and optimize pipeline performance for reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong advanced SQL skills with databases such as Oracle, Teradata, or Snowflake and hands-on experience with ETL tools like Datastage, Informatica, or Snaplogic.
- Must be able to work onsite in Bangalore, India on a 5-day per week schedule with a 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating technical and business requirements into complex data queries and ETL architecture design.
- Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data architects, business analysts, and product owners.
- Familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., Github Actions), Unix commands, and cloud tools such as AWS Glue; comfortable working in a structured, compliance-focused environment.
