About This Role
- Perform Record To Report (RTR) accounting activities for global entities (US, UK, APAC) as part of the Centre of Excellence team based in Bangalore Shared Services.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting aligned with GAAP and organizational standards.
- Develop and use automated tools for updating, analyzing, and reporting consolidated financial results.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years accounting degree or equivalent required.
- Professional certification from CA/CMA/US CPA/CMA preferable.
- 4-5 years relevant experience in captive accounting service centres or large corporates involving Manufacturing & Services businesses.
- Must be able to work in multiple shift timings (APAC, EAME, US) and onsite at Bangalore (Whitefield).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling Fixed Assets Accounting as per US GAAP across multiple geographies.
- Comfortable with multiple ERP systems and accounting tools, plus data analytical skills for interpreting financial results.
- Operates well in high accuracy, multi-priority environments requiring complex financial analysis and problem solving.
