About This Role
- Design, build, and own backend microservices and infrastructure to support mobile app teams with scalable and reliable solutions for advertising and marketing platforms.
- Develop and maintain services using distributed systems, network system design, and large scale database systems including REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Provide technical leadership focusing on continuous improvement, participate in design discussions, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver fault-tolerant solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 7 years experience OR Master's degree with 6 years relevant experience.
- 5-10 years proven experience in backend development using server-side languages (Java, Spring Boot), scripting languages (Python), and NodeJS.
- Proficient in microservices development, REST API design, and working with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with relational (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL (Couchbase, MongoDB) databases.

- Experienced backend engineer capable of operating in fast-paced, small or remote teams and delivering scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
- Strong background in distributed systems and large-scale data handling with an emphasis on practical product development and technical leadership.
- Comfortable working in agile environments with CI/CD pipeline familiarity and test-driven development mindset.
