About This Role
- Manage statutory and global audit processes independently, including financial statement preparation and liaison with Big-4 auditors for timely audit closure.
- Lead automation initiatives in compliance and reporting using tools like RPA, Power Automate, Python scripting, and develop real-time reporting dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
- Oversee internal controls and risk management, conduct data analytics to identify control gaps, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for governance and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 5–7 years of experience in financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and IND AS; experience managing audit processes with Big-4 auditors independently.
- Experience with AI tools in finance workflows and familiarity with internal controls frameworks (IFC/SOX/COSO) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
