About This Role
- Administer and optimize engineer teams' weekly work schedules using eWFM tool, including training and special events scheduling.
- Forecast, generate, and calibrate Intraday Patterns (IDP) and recommend headcount by running scheduling scenarios in collaboration with sites/partners.
- Implement automation and leverage machine learning, RPA, and data analytics to enhance workforce scheduling efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with Contact Centre Workforce Management, specifically extensive experience with WFM software; experience in IEX and Alvaria WFM tools required, preferably Alvaria.
- Graduate degree mandatory.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
