About This Role
- Manage and interpret business data and KPIs to provide financial and strategic support for business decisions.
- Develop standardized master data and KPIs, automate reporting, and conduct predictive analytics for business performance improvement.
- Collaborate with finance partners and business teams for forecasting, variance analysis, compliance, and financial reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, statistics, business or related field.
- 2-3 years of financial analytical experience in a marketplace environment.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with databases; experience with SQL/Tableau/R/Python is desirable.
- Knowledge of local/global accounting and tax standards, controls, risk management frameworks, and enterprise financial systems.
