About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors HRIS modules, managing complex requirements and configurations.
- Manage day-to-day client engagements including risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment as a trusted advisor.
- Oversee SIT and UAT quality assurance, ensuring deliverable accuracy, and mentor junior team members on best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 4–7 years of HRIS experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification is mandatory.
- Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll).
