About This Role
- Lead and manage global Oracle HCM initiatives as the primary business contact for assigned modules.
- Gather, document, and maintain business requirements for Oracle Fusion enhancements and AI features, coordinating with technical teams and managing upgrade cycles including business testing and sign-off.
- Serve as liaison among People & Performance, functional, and technical teams to align solutions, support compliance changes, escalate and resolve operational issues, and drive user adoption and readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, HR technology, HR operations, or enterprise system delivery.
- Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Compensation, Benefits, or Talent Management.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM upgrades, business testing cycles, and system optimization.

- Experienced in driving global system upgrades, user adoption, and change management across multi-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll regulations, employee lifecycle processes, and translating these into practical Oracle HCM solutions.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-team collaboration including functional, technical, and stakeholder groups to deliver streamlined HR technology solutions.
