About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and rich dashboard interfaces using the MERN stack (React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB).
- Lead and mentor development teams, driving engineering best practices, conducting code reviews, and participating in architecture and technical decision-making.
- Implement and optimize secure RESTful APIs and microservices, ensure CI/CD pipeline integration, automated testing, and deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, HTML5, CSS3, and state management tools like Redux or Context API.
- Experience in building interactive dashboard applications and designing RESTful APIs/microservices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), unit testing frameworks, and proven team leadership or mentoring skills.
