About This Role
- Define project goals and create execution roadmaps aligning with business objectives for ServiceNow platform initiatives.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features, manage sprint planning, and evaluate product progress across iterations.
- Deliver technical leadership, mentor team members, and act as a trusted advisor for ServiceNow technical strategy and operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 15 to 16 years of total work experience.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform including ITSM, HRSD, Vulnerability Response, and Employee Centre modules.
- Proficiency in web development languages (JavaScript, CSS, Jelly, XML, HTML, Glide) and integration approaches (API’s like SOAP/REST).
- Certification requirements: ServiceNow Administration certified and ITIL V3 Foundation certified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations from requirement gathering to delivery in agile environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices related to ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Change, Incident, and Problem Management.
- Technical leader capable of mentoring teams, driving continuous service improvements, and contributing strategically to ServiceNow product roadmap.
