About This Role
- Lead complex, multi-team and multi-geography technical programs end-to-end, including cloud cost optimization, platform migrations, and large product launches.
- Align and coordinate product and engineering roadmaps across teams and regions, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to keep leadership informed and enable decisions.
- Drive cost and efficiency initiatives related to cloud spend and infrastructure with measurable tracking against targets, and establish repeatable processes to improve planning and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in technical program management or closely related role, leading cross-functional software engineering programs.
- Strong technical knowledge in architecture, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and CI/CD to identify risks and communicate with engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in cost reduction or efficiency programs involving cloud spend or resource optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale, complex programs with measurable outcomes in scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Capable of influencing without authority, resolving conflicts, and communicating effectively with senior leadership (VP/C-level).
- Comfortable working with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and building data-driven dashboards and reports integrating engineering and financial data.
