About This Role
- Lead and manage all warehouse operations including setup, daily routines, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Oversee 3PL service provider performance, logistics operations, inventory management, KPIs, and stakeholder coordination for inventory planning and costing.
- Manage people development, conduct training, lead process improvement projects, and ensure timely issue resolution and documentation accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of warehouse management experience with minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree required; MBA in Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP warehouse management systems (preferably D365) and warehouse documentation procedures.
- Work Experience Required: 12-15 years in warehouse management with leadership experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with proven ability to manage end-to-end warehousing and logistics in complex environments.
- Familiar with compliance, safety regulations, and cross-functional coordination with sales, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Background in pharma or food industry and knowledge of ISO standards and audit documentation is a plus.
