About This Role
- Manage end-to-end candidate coordination and recruitment operations including scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communications across Business Unit(s).
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems while tracking key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and legal requirements, support reporting for TA and HR leadership, and identify operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of Talent Acquisition Coordination experience in a high-volume environment (managing 35-40 schedules per day).
- Experience in an in-house or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as part of a global team may be required.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline is preferable but not essential.
