About This Role
- Drive operational excellence and coordinate process improvements across BGES India, managing operational projects and performance analytics to meet business goals.
- Maintain and report on global service delivery metrics, governance routines, and risk mitigation plans supporting enterprise operational excellence priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support workplace strategy, site operations, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder communications across multiple Boeing sites.
Minimum Requirements
- Typically requires bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years related work experience or equivalent combination (e.g., master’s + 8 years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret operational and financial data.
- High proficiency in MS365 tools including Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Visa sponsorship: Not available; relocation within India based on eligibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational excellence frameworks such as Lean, Kaizen, or PMBP and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional collaborations and govern multi-region operational and sustainability programs.
- Operating experience in workplace services, facilities operations, or sustainability domains with knowledge of ServiceNow preferred.
