About This Role
- Own end-to-end analytics support including defining metrics, monitoring trends, deep analysis, and insight generation to influence business interventions.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to translate problems into analytical queries and present data-driven evidence up to CEO level.
- Act as analytics and visualization SME, design dashboards for easy data consumption, and mentor other analysts including involvement in hiring and onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of analytics experience in relevant roles.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data consolidation.
- Strong skills in Excel and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Familiarity with data-analysis languages (R, Python) and core statistical concepts; ML model experience is good-to-have but not mandatory.
