About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, highly scalable distributed web applications and systems.
- Lead architectural evolution through incremental improvements and comprehensive impact analysis.
- Collaborate with product leadership and lead medium-sized project execution while mentoring junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D.) or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in at least one general-purpose programming language (Java, C, C++), with strong concurrency and multi-threading skills.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development and Linux-based SDLC.

- Experience solving large-scale technical problems with strong object-oriented design and design pattern expertise.
- Has operated in high-growth, dynamic startup environments, demonstrating high ownership and commitment.
