About This Role
- Own end-to-end analytics support for a specific business area, including problem identification, deep analysis, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Define critical metrics, monitor performance trends, and influence interventions to improve business outcomes for a large user base (70 crore+).
- Act as analytics and visualization SME for the team, design effective dashboards, and mentor junior analysts while contributing to hiring and onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years overall analytics experience, with at least 1 year in the lending domain.
- Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and handling big data sources for analysis and dashboarding.
- Working knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Experience with data-analysis languages like R or Python and core statistical concepts; ML model building is good-to-have but not mandatory.

- Experienced in lending domain analytics and comfortable engaging cross-functionally with business and product teams to translate problems into analytical solutions.
