About This Role
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable software components emphasizing performance and reliability.
- Own features end-to-end by collaborating with product managers to translate requirements into well-architected solutions and delivering them.
- Contribute to product and feature design and implementation, integrate automated testing in workflows, and participate in code reviews ensuring best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–10 years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium, TestNG) and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience leveraging AI integration into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including AI tools and dataset/model validation.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software quality principles including reliability and production readiness.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems and comfortable with Unix-based systems and standard development tools.
