About This Role
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups contributing to large scale strategic initiatives to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Manage product backlog and collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, Scrum Master, and testing teams to deliver instructional design and platform development.
- Oversee rollout of new products or pilots, conduct product training, and manage change control processes aligning with business requirements and project priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (or equivalent via related experience).
- Mandatory 3-4 years payments processing experience with SWIFT-MT/MX, FED, Chips, ACH, RTP, GPPSP, including MX-Pacs, Pain, Camt, Admi messages, and MT – N1/2/9 series.
- 2-3 years mandatory business analysis experience and working knowledge/experience of JIRA/Confluence.
- 2-3 years agile team experience; Ability to work 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST shift, 3 days work from office.

- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills and translating complex business requirements into actionable user stories.
