About This Role
- Develop and scale AI/ML models and algorithms focused on pharma and healthcare applications from prototype to production.
- Test and validate machine learning models for viability and client delivery ensuring production-grade solutions.
- Collaborate on creating innovative algorithmic features and automation engines to address complex, high-dimensional data challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in creating machine learning algorithms.
- Programming skills in one or more of the following: Java, C++, Python, R, Deep Learning or equivalent.
- Experience working with large, real-world datasets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early career professional with foundational machine learning research experience and familiarity with prototype development.
- Comfortable working under guidance while progressively taking ownership of ML algorithm development and validation.
- Experience or interest in pharma or healthcare data-driven AI projects for applied client solutions.
