About This Role
- Manage daily billing operations including subscription-based and miscellaneous invoicing.
- Lead governance discussions with Business Units and legal entities; coordinate audits and review meetings.
- Support finance transformation projects including Mach 1 (SAP) implementation, process optimization, and system updates.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-14 years overall experience with at least 10 years in Billing.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and tools like Power BI, Excel, SharePoint.
- College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM US shift; must work onsite in Bangalore, Whitefield.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end Invoice to Cash processes with ability to handle subscription billing and billing variances.
- Capable in managing governance with multiple stakeholders including BUs, legal entities, and audit partners.
- Able to support global operations with flexible hours and adept in finance process transformation and control deployment.
