About This Role
- Serve as primary contact for HR-related requests via multiple communication methods, ensuring resolution and documentation according to SLAs.
- Support HR operations by processing requests, escalating complex issues to appropriate HR groups, and maintaining quality and volume targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including development of Standard Work documentation, focusing on process simplification and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Shared Services (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow tools is required.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Location requirement: Willingness to work from office in Whitefield, Bangalore, India; 5 days work from office specified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling high-volume HR service center roles with a focus on customer service and request resolution.
- Comfortable with shift work and working in an operations environment supporting HR processes.
- Knowledge or interest in business process improvement and developing standard work processes, with exposure to HR operational policies and procedures.
