About This Role
- Lead data quality initiatives for finance platforms by designing, building, and operating data quality pipelines, rules, and remediation processes.
- Own data accuracy and completeness for priority financial data elements, ensuring trusted governed data for analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to develop DQ solutions, produce documentation, and mentor junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data management, data quality, governance, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and AWS data stack (AWS Glue, Lambda, Athena) and/or Snowflake.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Must work onsite 5 days a week in Bangalore; Visa sponsorship is not provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in authoring and operationalizing data quality rules and remediation in finance domain or global finance services.
- Strong technical skills in building data pipelines using Snowflake, AWS Glue, Lambda, and orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, business analysis, technical documentation, and supporting data governance frameworks.
