About This Role
- Lead receivables governance activities including past dues and risk reviews with business units and entities.
- Administer receivable collections, perform credit analysis, and coordinate bad debt review meetings.
- Support SAP (Mach 1) implementation projects, audit requirements, and generate financial performance reports with internal controls adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Substantial experience in Invoice to Cash (ITC), Cash Applications, Master Data Management, Billing, Collections, and Credit Management.
- Experience with SAP ERP implementation and specifically SAP (Mach 1).
- Shift flexibility aligned to EMEA hours with potential APAC or US shift requirements; shift timings 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in finance operations with expertise in receivables management and credit analysis in a multinational or global services environment.
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills specifically in finance and accounting processes.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities including project work (like SAP implementation) alongside daily operational finance activities.
