About This Role
- Perform and manage medium complexity Treasury functions including payments, reconciliations, FX support, month-end closing, and cash management activities.
- Support and improve Treasury processes and tools within Treasury Tower Operations - Global Finance Services Division, collaborating across global business units.
- Make front-line decisions within defined Treasury responsibilities with minimal supervision, and contribute to reporting and financial analysis for Treasury operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or equivalent experience in finance/treasury-related fields.
- 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible job-related experience, preferably in Treasury/Finance functions.
- Ability to work US or EMEA night shifts per schedule, with 5-day in-office work from Bangalore, India.
- Proven experience in Treasury operations including cash management, reconciliations, and financial reporting; knowledge of Microsoft Office365 and financial analysis tools (Power BI, Power Automate).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Treasury management platforms (Trax, Quantum, Kyriba) and shared services environment supporting cash management.
- Strong analytical capability with experience resolving medium complexity finance issues and improving Treasury processes.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a global finance team supporting diverse stakeholder groups with strategic mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement.
