About This Role
- Review and analyze complex tax compliance, audit, and provision computations related to UK corporation tax.
- Lead or support tax process improvements, controls implementation, and global tax initiatives.
- Support preparation and review of tax filings, maintain documentation, and provide data-driven insights to enhance efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in UK Corporation Tax compliance and operations.
- Working knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations, including tax return filing.
- ACA/CTA or equivalent tax qualification.
- Must work onsite in Bangalore 5 days a week; Visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing corporate tax issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with UK GAAP tax accounting; knowledge of US GAAP and non-US direct tax compliance is a plus.
- Proficient with M365 and Onesource technologies; able to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
