About This Role
- Perform high-quality lease abstraction and document matching for commercial leases and other contracts.
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain lease documents, resolve queries, and ensure accurate data entry into lease databases.
- Document business processes, provide training and mentoring to new team members, and maintain compliance with internal and external policies.
Minimum Requirements
- University graduate degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in lease abstraction, preferably in commercial real estate.
- Experience using property management or lease administration systems.
- On-site work location in Gurugram; 40 hours per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in lease abstraction with attention to detail and high data accuracy standards.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and managing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and has strong verbal and written communication skills.
