About This Role
- Support and manage global Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations focusing on SAP S/4 HANA transition including UAT, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end OTC processes by developing and maintaining process documentation, driving automation (RPA, AI), standardization, and digital enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, support process transitions, and contribute to digital supply chain transformation and process excellence projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, OTC, Digital Product Support, or related business processes; pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce ERP systems.
- Experience in process mapping and development of SOPs/documentation (L1-L4) and demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and automation opportunities in OTC operations.

- Experienced in managing complex ERP transitions and digital automation projects within a global, cross-cultural supply chain or regulated industry environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with proven ability to support operational readiness and continuous process improvements.
- Familiarity with automation tools (RPA, AI-enabled solutions), and a track record of driving process standardization and transformation initiatives in OTC or shared services contexts.
